Bringing more than 20 years of experience in rehabilitative health care to her practice, Julia Grover OTR/L, CHT specializes in restoration of motion and relief of pain in upper extremity conditions of the shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand, for adult and pediatric populations. Julia and the Central Hand Therapy team use a combination of manual therapy, exercise and non-invasive modalities.
Southern Arizona Community Occupational Therapy Associates (SACOTA), an integral part of Julia’s practice, provides specialized Occupational Therapy for children with neurodevelopmental disorders and delays including Autism Spectrum Disorder and Sensory Processing Disorder.
Working with children both on an outpatient basis and in school-based programs, the SACOTA team evaluates the child’s ability to produce age appropriate skills, and their ability to meet the demands of their environment. The therapist puts together an effective treatment plan based on the unique neurological needs to the child.
Life is movement. Movement is a process. Improve the quality of the process and you improve the quality of life itself.
