To maximize benefits, remember the following:
Move in a way that is pleasurable, not uncomfortable or painful
Resist the temptation to do big or powerful movements; the less you do, the more you will feel and improve
Move slowly to prevent enacting your “usual pattern”.  The brain learns from novel situations
The important thing is the quality of movement, not the quantity; pay attention to your sensation of movement.
